My order arrived but I am not happy with it. What can I do?
If your received your order but you are not fully satisfied then please contact us on 060 709 7191. Whether you received the wrong product or quantity, or something else went wrong we want to know. We will do our best to help you.

Yes we do. Just choose "Pickup" as your delivery method when checking out.

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to customers all over South Africa.
How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery costs are calculated based on where you need us to deliver your products to.
Delivery to Gauteng:
- R60 for delivery
- Free delivery for orders of R600.00 or more
Delivery to the Rest of SA::
- R120 for delivery
- Free delivery for orders of R1 200.00 or more
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Delivery times depend on where you are based. The below info serves only as a guide.
Delivery Times to Gauteng:
- We do our best to offer next day delivery all over Gauteng for orders placed Monday to Friday
- In some cases if you order before 10:00 we may even do same day delivery
- Normal delivery times to destinations outside of Gauteng are generally 2 to 3 business days
What payment methods do you accept?
We use PayFast, South Africa's most used and most trusted payment gateway, to process payments. We accept most credit cards and even some debit cards.
Can I pay via EFT?
Yes, if you want to pay via EFT just send us a Whatsapp (060 709 7191) and let us know what you would like to order. We will then send you our banking details for payment. There is an option to pay via EFT in the checkout process.
